Erisman Law
Guiding generations with grace & clarity
My Perspective
As both a mom and an attorney, I know how important it is to have an estate plan in place—because life is unpredictable. I also understand how busy life can be, which is why I offer virtual services to make planning accessible without putting your life on hold.
My Philosophy
I see estate planning as one of the most loving gifts you can leave your family. It’s not just about legal documents—it’s about creating security, easing burdens, and giving your loved ones clarity when they need it most. I walk beside you, making the process approachable and clear.
Beyond the Law
When I’m not meeting with clients, I’m with my family—juggling motherhood, cheering at activities, and almost always with a cup of coffee in hand. These moments remind me why I do this work: because family is everything.
ABOUT JONDEA
Hello,
I’m Jondea Erisman — Attorney, Mom, and firm believer that planning for your future should feel like an act of love, not a chore.
I graduated from Cal Northern School of Law in 2020, and right out of law school I joined an estate planning firm, where I gained extensive experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Those years gave me a deep understanding not only of the legal process but also of how personal and emotional these transitions can be for families.
For more than a decade, I’ve been immersed in the legal world, and for nearly five years as a practicing attorney, I’ve dedicated my career to helping families protect what matters most — their legacy. My mission is simple: guiding generations with grace and clarity.
Why Families Work With Me
I understand the unique needs of young families starting out, as well as parents and grandparents planning ahead.
I offer virtual meetings and flexible scheduling so you can fit estate planning into your real life.
I guide families through probate and trust administration with compassion and steady support.
Erisman Law balances professionalism with a personal touch—because planning for your family deserves both.
