I cannot call you on the phone every week or so to give you a report on your case. We do, however, send you copies of most correspondence and documents. Through this means, you will have the same information which we have. When something happens with regard to your case, we will advise you immediately. Your questions are important to us. If you have a question or need some advice or are concerned about your case, do not hesitate to call.

It is important that you carefully read all mail that is sent to you, including copies of all correspondance I have recieved from others.
