The Trial

Should a jury trial be necessary, I will, of course, spend considerable time with you preparing you for it. Basically, all trials are conducted in the same manner and they involve the following steps:

 1. Selecting the jury
 2. Opening Statement by attorneys
 3. Presentation of witnesses
 4. Closing Arguments by attorneys
 5. Jury Instructions

At the appropriate time, I will discuss the above with you.

Similarly, I will prepare you for arbitration if that is the manner in which your case will be resolved.
